I replied to Oscar and asked how he found me. He said he found me through the Library of Congress. I asked for details and he said that my contact information was “in one of the correspondence at the Library of Congress.” I don’t know how someone would go about finding my name and e-mail address somewhere in the Library of Congress’s realm.
